Non-immigrant or temporary visas can be issued to a broad range of individuals for a variety of purposes, including
Student visas. I represent individuals who seek to travel to the United States to study, in programs ranging from elementary school to doctoral work and including English as a second language and non-degree work. I assist with all matters related to the application for F-1 visas.
Work visas. I work closely with individuals and businesses to obtain visas to allow individuals in specialty occupations to come and work in the United States. This includes the preparation of applications for B-1 visas (temporary visas for business visits), H-1B and H-2B visas for specialty, skilled and unskilled workers, H-4 visas for spouses and children of workers and L visas for international company transfers.
Investment visas. I assist individuals and businesses who need visas to engage in private trade with or make private investments in companies in the United States. This includes the preparation of E-1 and E-2 visa applications.
Tourist or vacation visas. I assist individuals with the preparation of B-2 visas for temporary travel for pleasure or vacation.
Trade visas. I handle all matters related to TN and TD visas for NAFTA trade purposes.
Other visas. I represent individuals who seek O visas (outstanding abilities in science, arts, education, business or athletics) and P visas (internationally recognized in the arts or athletics).
